2.List of selected students will be notified on the College website after the verification by the admission committee.
3.Copies of pass certificate,marksheet,admit card,caste certificate,photo, bank passbook is compulsory to apply the process.
4.Applicants are advised not to give any false information while filling up the form.If it is detected that false information is given by a candidate,his/her admission will be rejected.

GUIDELINES FOR NEW ADMISSION

1. Candidate has to visit college website www.chilaraicollege.co.in and then click ‘Online Portal’. A new page will open up where they have to click’Apply Online’ button.
2. Then Click ‘Apply online’ button and register themself by filling required fields. The candidate should have a valid Email ID and Mobile No. for registration.
3. After registered successfully the candidate has to fill up the application.
4. Candidate has to fill Bank Account details like Bank Name, Branch Name, Account No. and IFSC number as given in the form.
5. Upload passport sized photograph and signature. The size of the passport sized photograph and scanned signature should preferably be less than 400 KB.
6. Documents needed to be upload during form fill up:
         • Last Examination Mark – sheet ( Compulsory)
    • Caste Certificate ( If applied for quota)
    • Front page of Bank Passbook or photo of a cancelled Cheque ( Compulsory)
    • Gap Certificate ( if needed)
    • Domicle Certificate / PRC/ Voter ID / NRC / Adhaar (Self or Parents) ( any one)

Important Dates & Others

1. Merit list will be uploaded in the college website and college Notice Board. Date will be notified later.
2.Date of Admission will be notified in the college website and college Notice Board.
3.Free Admission will be given Arts Stream only as per Govt. Norms.
4.Free admission scheme applicable to the domicle students from Assam only.
5.BBA is financed and have to pay the admission fee at the time of Admission.

N.B. *** Without Final Submission Admission process will not be completed and the College is not responsible for that.
